ACCOMMODATION

At Grand Sunset Condos, we provide 3 options of accommodation, which are described below in detail. Our esteemed residents enjoy free gym facility at the level zero of the house and are free to use the drawing room and living room area. Ample parking space, free wi-fi facility, free Ironing, Elevator and food to order facility is also available. Residents can also use our well-equipped kitchen or climb up to our hugely spacious terrace garden overlooking the city’s landscape. 

Types of accommodation

Deluxe Room - 

Deluxe Rooms offer a warm stay with the approximate dimension of 250 sq. ft with one queen size bed in each room.

Attached bathroom is available with toiletries and 24 hours supply of hot and cold water. 

 

The rooms are well equipped with 28 inches LCD television, coffee table, WiFi, almirah, luggage rack , intercom facility, air condition, ceiling fan, work station,  and a life size mirror. A ceiling fan is also provided in the rooms.

Premium Deluxe Room - 

Premium Deluxe Rooms offer a warm stay with the approximate dimension of 350 sq. ft with one king sized bed in each room, along with attached balcony.

Attached bathroom is available with toiletries and 24 hours supply of hot and cold water. 

 

The rooms are well equipped with 28 inches LCD television, coffee table, WiFi, almirah, luggage rack , intercom facility, air condition, ceiling fan, work station,  and a life size mirror. A ceiling fan is also provided in the rooms.

Four Bedroom Apartment - 

Our 1800 Sq Foot of Apartment is having -

  • 3 King size private double room with king sized super comfortable beds; all with air-conditioning, well equipped bathroom, work station and spacious balcony overlooking the lush green parks next to our house. 

​

  • 1 queen sized bedroom with comfortable queen sized bed, air-conditioning, well equipped bathroom, and work station.

​

  • Apart from 4 bedrooms, our floor also includes well equipped kitchen, lobby & dining area.

​

It can accommodate maximum of 15 adults.
